Shipping Policy/Duties and Taxes

Please understand that we are not a fast fashion business and take pride in ONLY creating items when orders are placed. As a result of this, all our items are Made-To-Order and are and NOT eligible for Returns/Exchanges. Note that if an order is cancelled within 24 hours after it was placed, you will receive your full refund.

Please note that we WILL only accept returns for dresses with a return number approved via email for the following scenario:

- On the rare occasion that an order is placed in multiples for the same item. 

Kindly note that for it to be eligible for a return, the item must be:

- In the exact clean way it was delivered, packaging/labels included,

- Unstained, no cologne/deodorant, tan, no snags/rips,

- Unworn and unaltered, unwashed with the tags and labels intact,

- Not used in content creation, photoshoots etc.

Items will only be accepted if mailed back within 10 days of delivery for a refund to your original form of payment or a store credit.

No refund on rush fees paid.

All sale items are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.

SHIPPING POLICY

Once an order is shipped, we do not have control over the package so kindly be alert once you get your tracking information as we cannot modify addresses or speed up the shipping.TAMT is not responsible for lost/stolen packages.

Please factor in the shipping time when ordering as we are not responsible for international/customs delays.

No refunds on shipping costs as we do not own the service rendered.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Local/ Domestic orders are shipped via UPS or FedEX from our studio.

Free standard shipping for orders over $600 USD.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All International orders are mailed via FedEx or DHL Express.

Please note that we are not responsible for any custom/duty fees that may be applicable per your country.

Ensure that all materials used are legally allowed in your country to avoid the package being returned.  Any order rejected by customs on arrival due to certain materials unable to be imported to your country will be returned to TAMT at the customer's expense.

Orders are not processed over the weekends or federal/state holidays.
